Tender Body Movement Class (eryn tempest)

A fun and creative movement class whose focus is to get you playing and palling around with a bunch of virtual buddies. Join us online for a dance party that engages the imagination and aims to get you feeling a little bit goofy and a little bit spiritual. The pandemic days can be lonely and sedentary but they don’t have to be! Let’s groove a little bit and channel some fun sleepover vibes. Make your laptop screen into a stained glass disco ball and we can dive into something technicolour all from the safety of your living room.
When: Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 MT January 20-February 24, 2021
Who: anyone who wants to move their body!
Cost: pwyc (suggested $10-$15, but if money is at all a hindrance to your joining us, you are absolutely welcome to take the class free of charge!)
