Vim Vigor YYC Workshop

YYC Contemporary Technique is SO excited to announce we are bringing the internationally renowned dance company Vim Vigor from NYC to Calgary, from January 21st to the 25th 2020. We will have two of their company members here with us for a week-long intensive (21-hours). The company will share their floor work techniques, acrobatic movements, partnering and improvisation methods. This is a great opportunity for people to train with highly athletic and skilled artists from the United States without traveling far.

Early bird rate: $300 (ends Dec 15th)

Tuesday Jan 21, 9:30am -11:30am break 12:00pm – 2:30pm (4.5hrs)
Wednesday Jan 22, 12:30pm-3:30pm (3hrs)
Thursday Jan 23, 9:30am -11:30am break 12:00pm – 2:30pm (4.5hrs)
Friday Jan 24, 9:30am -11:30am break 12:00pm – 2:30pm (4.5hrs)
Sat Jan 25, 10am – 12pm break 12:30pm – 3:00pm (4.5hrs)
There may be an opportunity for participants to take a morning class on Wednesday with Vim Vigor at a different location. Regardless there will be a morning class from 9:30 am -11:30 am break 12:00 pm – 2:30 pm (4.5hrs), details to be confirmed.
