All ages and abilities encouraged to take the time and space for communal movement, sharing and creative play.

We believe dance is for everyone. Whether it is in your kitchen, in the grass with your kids, in a class, whether you have attended a post secondary institution, you do this for money, you dance as a ceremony, you dance for protest, you dance to honour, you dance to celebrate, you dance to feel, you dance to purge, you dance to process, you dance to meditate, you dance to pray, you dance to challenge, you dance for strength. No matter where or why we dance, we will move in and out of our comfort zones together.

This is an Online Event. You will need to register to receive the invitation, which will be sent out 24 hours before the event. Please communicate any needs you may have to feel welcome and fulfilled.
