Who knew you could learn tap while sitting in a chair? This course is designed to promote the joy of tap dance for all mobility and fitness levels. Tap dancing can increase cardio, flexibility in the knees and ankles all in a fun and safe environment. Each class focuses on a warm-up, technique and cool down stretches to reduce stress on the joints.
