Notice of ADA’s AGM
The Annual General Meeting for the Alberta Dance Alliance will take place in Edmonton on Sunday, December 15th, 2019, commencing at 9:30 a.m. at the Board Room in the ATB Financial Arts Barns (10330 84 Ave NW). Call for Nominations
The Alberta Dance Alliance is opening a call for nominations for the position of Board Member. Nominations will be accepted until Monday, December 9, at 4:00 p.m.
ADA Board Member
Term: 2-year term.
Role: The Alberta Dance Alliance board meets face-to-face and through teleconference meetings. All Board Members are asked to participate on committees and participate in activities over the duration of the appointment.
Nomination Guidelines: Nominations must be received by email. Nominees must be members in good standing.
Nomination Process: 1) A nominator, member of the Alberta Dance Alliance in good standing can submit a nomination letter. The letter should including the reason for nomination and a short bio of the nominee. 2) Include a letter from the nominee providing reasoning for interest as a board member and confirmation that they are willing to serve on the Alberta Dance Alliance Board.

Each of the correspondences must be sent from individual email accounts, which will represent the relevant signatures. The emails must be received no later than the designated time on the closing date for nominations (Monday, December 9, at 4:00 p.m.).
