Free Contemporary Dance Class with Steph Lilley of Viva Dance Company
Class will kick off with an intentional warm-up including mobility, strength, and breath work. Following, we will dance across-the-floor exercises focusing on quality of movement, intention, and biomechanics. Class will culminate with a short choreographed dance. My dance language is one of joy and authentic self-expression. Modifications will be offered to suit the attending dancers.
