DESCRIPTION:Understanding common contractual provisions\nOwnership of copyright\nProtecting and exploiting copyright in original works\nLicensing the works of others for use in on-demand and live streams\n\nAs we adjust to the restrictive measures wrought by the COVID-19 pandemic\, many events and performances have abruptly migrated online. Although online delivery offers many advantages\, it also brings a multitude of challenges especially with regard to copyright\, licensing and the protection of original works.
