Ages 13+. \nSaturday\, November 9th\, 2019 at Bungee Workout Canada:\nWorkshop #1 9:30am-12:30pm\nWorkshop #2 1:30-pm-4:30pm\nInvestment: $52.50 \nLocated at 108 – 5621 11 street NE\, Calgary\, Alberta. \nRegister at www.bungeeworkoutcanada.com. Follow the ‘Sign Up’ Tab and select the November calendar to find the workshop date and times. \nBungee Dance Workshops aim to merge the dynamic vigour of Bungee Fit\, with the technical and creative methodology of dance choreography together in a fun\, high energy\, three hour aerial intensive. \nBungee’s signature is a mix of dance\, fitness training\, acrobatics\, and interval fun\, which makes for an exciting partner when paired with the stylings of a rhythmic\, contemporary jazz vocabulary. \nParticipants wear a hip harness which clips onto a bungee cord suspended from the ceiling.
