Students rarely take their dance out of the classroom and as such do not experience the beauty\, joy and extent of the art form. This workshop bridges that gap. \nThere is currently no existing flamenco jam scene in Calgary. Through this workshop we wish to create confidence and interest in such an event. The primary goal is to understand the dialogue and communication tools used between dancers and musicians\, which is best explained through having a flamenco guitarist/singer in class themselves.
