Performed over seventy times in Canada\, Europe\, and Africa\, PAPILLON is a powerful performance that will have audiences dancing in their seats.

Through intentional movement\, the foundational elements of Waacking are awakened—offering students a full spectrum of motion to explore\, embody\, and align with the rhythm of music. \nThe class includes focused drills in solo/group exercises aimed at deepening self-connection\, enhancing body and spatial awareness\, and developing character. The ultimate goal? Freedom\, authenticity\, and liberation through dance. \nThis is a high-energy experience that thrives on honesty\, presence\, and self-determination.\nRequirements: A deep love for music—and unapologetically being a Punk. \nABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR \nNubian Néné is a Montreal native and New York-based dancer and choreographer known for weaving street and club dance styles into a uniquely captivating aesthetic. Rooted in her Haitian heritage\, her resilience and dedication have propelled her beyond performance into roles as a producer\, creative director\, curator\, visual artist\, and teacher. A dependable force in innovative\, multidisciplinary projects\, Nubian Néné is driven by a deep commitment to cultural awareness and community engagement.
